Nano Boot Camp for Clinicians
The NCI-supported Northwestern University Center for Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence (CCNE) represents a unique partnership between researchers at the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center and the International Institute for Nanotechnology.
Research at the CCNE focuses on the design, synthesis, characterization, and development of spherical nucleic acid constructs as effective nanotherapeutic, single-entity agents for the treatment of cancers.
This free event is an excellent way for clinicians and medical students to gain an understanding of nanotechnology, current advances at the Northwestern CCNE, and the prospects for translating these advances to the clinic.
