IIN research featured in National Geographic’s ’100 Scientific Discoveries That Changed the World’

National Geographic recently featured International Institute for Nanotechnology research in a special issue titled ’100 Scientific Discoveries That Changed the World’.  Two individual scientific developments by IIN Researchers were selected; Chad A. Mirkin’s development of Dip Pen Nanolithography, and Mark Ratner’s work in Molecular Electronics.

Other discoveries highlighted in this issue included; the invention of the wheel, electricity, and Newton’s laws of motion and gravity .
